5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery terms:

• Same-day delivery available in Dar es Salaam for orders placed before 2 PM
• Nationwide shipping takes 2-5 working days depending on location
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or force majeure events

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy complies with the Tanzania Fair Trade Practices:

• 7-day return policy for unopened, unused items in original packaging
• Defective products may be returned within the warranty period
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item
• Custom orders, software, and opened media are non-returnable

7. Rental Terms

Equipment rental is subject to the following conditions:

• Renter must be 18 years or older and provide valid identification (NIDA)
• Security deposit is required and refundable upon safe return
• Rental period starts from pickup date and ends on return date
• Late returns incur additional daily charges
• Renter is liable for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received

8. Warranty

Product warranties:

• All products come with manufacturer warranty as specified
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not damage from misuse
• Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase
• Warranty service is provided through authorized service centers
• Some products may have international warranty coverage

9. Limitation of Liability

ZAGAMBA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all claims including breach of contract, negligence, and other tort actions, to the extent permitted by Tanzanian law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZAGAMBA Camera Store, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any loss, liability, claim, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your use of the website.

11. Intellectual Property
